Variable Speed Control on Lifting and Lowering
The ASWS15H features ARAS’s patented proportional speed control system – a significant upgrade over traditional fixed-speed stackers. The operator can adjust lifting and lowering speed in real time using the proportional control knob, delivering smoother handling of fragile loads and more precise pallet placement. The system delivers +30% lowering speed improvement, +300% better manoeuvrability and -15% lower energy consumption compared to fixed-speed competitors.
Automatic soft buffering activates when forks descend to within 10 cm of the ground, protecting cargo and reducing shock to the mast and chassis.
Intelligent Tiller Handle
The ARAS patented multifunctional intelligent tiller handle integrates all key controls and diagnostic functions in one unit. Operation status, fault codes, battery level, temperature and current are displayed on the tiller screen – no specialist tools required for fault diagnosis. Single UART wiring harness connects the handle to the controller, keeping maintenance simple and service costs low.

Rugged Construction and Safe Operation
The ASWS15H uses C+H channel steel mast, 5 mm steel plate frame and 30 mm integrated steel base plate. High-strength 16 mm flat iron forks resist deformation under full rated loads. A standard cylinder explosion-proof valve prevents uncontrolled load descent in the event of hydraulic pipe failure.
